Mind Body Balance Massage

This relaxing and harmonizing massage uses a personalized style for body’s aches and pains. Concentrates on easing tension and tightness, increasing circulation and improving muscle tone and energy flow.

Medical Massage*

A results oriented bodywork approach directly focused on resolving symptoms specific to a condition that has been diagnosed and prescribed by a physician. It is not necessarily a general relaxation massage, rather, it is anatomically precise and specific to the client’s current needs. Each session is custom tailored to meet recovery and wellness goals to help regain mobility, functionality and a pain free life as quickly as possible!

Neuromuscular Therapy

The utilization of static pressure on specific myofascial points to relieve pain and balance the body’s central nervous system with the musculoskeletal system. This therapy manipulates the soft tissue of the body (muscles, tendons and connective tissue) to help it return to a balanced state.

Myofascial Massage

Techniques designed to move slowly through the layers of the fascia until the deeper tissues are reached and/or apply gentle stretching with light pressure to allow the fascia to unwind.

Trigger Point Therapy

A specialized treatment that focuses on trigger points, which are focal and hyper-irritable spots located in a taut band of skeletal muscle that are painful on compression and can produce local and referred pain.

Therapeutic Bodywork Sessions

Customized sessions that utilize different techniques including Swedish massage, blended together to address painful conditions and holding patterns established in the soft tissue. This integrative approach, combined with my extensive education, training, practical experience and intuition, will help reduce painful conditions and bring the body back into balance.

Prenatal Massage

Designed for the mother-to-be, this comforting, Swedish-style massage supports the body’s natural transitions throughout pregnancy, improving circulation to decrease swelling, ease back pain and promote restful sleep. Regular sessions can assist in the reduction of stretch-mark formations and edema.

Healthy Child*

A introductory massage for pre-teens and teens (up to 16yrs) to help relax and learn how to deal with their body’s stress. This offers the experience of Swedish massage, aromatherapy, passive joint movement, a mini lemon sugar back scrub, hot towels and scalp massage to complete the adventure. *Parent or guardian must be present.

Tension Reliever

Customized for you, a 30-minute massage targeting the most common areas of tension: shoulders, neck, back and feet.
